To start the refund process you must first lookup your order by providing the order confirmation number.
Before you continue
- Tickets for missed showtimes are not eligible for a refund.
- Refunds must be completed before the scheduled showtime.
- If a show is cancelled or cannot be honored, a ticket exchange or gift card credit will be provided.
